We are researching the McCraney family who came from Jura Scotland in the mid 1700's and settled in the Cape Fear region of North Carolina.Many moved into Georgia and Florida in the early and mid 1800's.We need info on Duncan McCraney who married Ann Calder in McIntosh County, Darien, Georgia in the early 1800's and moved to Putnam County, Palatka, Florida in the Mid 1800's.Members of this family have surnames spelled as McCranie, McCrane, etc.Please E-Mail any information that could help us.Thanks!
