Wissman --- Husband of Christina Born 11/06/1852 Greenfield Died 10/10/1892 at the age of 39 years,11 months, 4 days Buried in Green River Cemetery, lot # German Martin's parents both lived in Greenfield but were born in Germany Father Andrew, mother Agnes occupation grinder, culter died consumption lived on Deerfield road between 1881 and 1891 moved to Shelburne Falls from Greenfield late 1891 or early 1892 and was a grinder at Lamson Goodnow cutlery, was quite ill with the disease so common among grinders, (about Oct. 8th ?) funeral occured Friday afternoon at his late residence, Rev. Mr. Ashley officiating He was carried to Greenfield for burial at Greenfield River
