I was born in Glasgow 1961 the youngest of five children born to James Henry Wodehouse 1919 and Mary Wodehouse neeMcGraw 1924.
It occured to me that I had very little knowledge of my family background, which led me to investigate further via the internet and a few living relatives.
With the information I gained from the site of The Latter Day Saints, I was able to cross reference with census and voter roll information in the Mitchell library, both are great resources for information, especially if you are a beginner, as I was.
The pivotal person in this tree is my great grandfather James Henry Wodehouse 1838 whom I followed from Ireland to Wigtown and Glasgow. I watched the family grow with intense interest and hope you can enjoy also, the tree is by no means complete and the research will continue if you can offer any information I would be pleased to hear from you.
