The McFarlin family are Irish- Scottish descent.

The Irish brought to America their Irish linen, & delicate needle work; Irish crystal, and the potatoe.

The Stoolmiller/ Stuhlmiller family were of German-France (Alsace-Lorrane) descent. They were early pioneers of Wayne County, Ohio.The Stoolmiller line is from my Mothers' side of the family.John Lewis Stuhlmiller came to Wayne County about 1827.
Customs from Germany are the Christmas Tree, Kindergarden, glee clubs, frankfurters with sauerkraut, pretzels & beer, and the customs of wedding rings..
Cecelia J. Brockett decended from John Brockett who sailed to the American colonies with Rev. John Davenport, Theophilus Eaton, & Purtains from England on the ship Hector arriving in Boston June 26, 1637.Brockett line is on my mother's side of the family.
