I am still working on my Family Tree for over 9 years starting out with one of the first versions of Family Tree Maker. I submitted my first tree 5 years ago which contained about 500 members. Today, my files are in excess of 1,200 names.
As accuracy depends on the data collected, often times, cemetery records, social security death benefit records, the public library and distant relatives have shed much light on my search for my family roots. I still have missing parts, but hope to fill in the blanks by utilizing the resources through Genealogy.com. I am including some of the names in my informaiton and will upload my current tree for web viewing.
I do this for enjoyment, as I have fond memories of my family ties from childhood. Maybe this can also help someone else find missing links for their trees. Some names are Barnes, Enlow, Watson, Swango, Wright, Walker, and Speed. These are family names I would love to find links for. Any information, please contact me.
