I am George Yahn. I am the fifth child of Merton Preston Yahn (b.Aug 22, 1923/d. Aug 22, 2006) and Jeannette Louise Friessen (b. Sep14,1924/d. Feb 09, 1987).
Merton Preston Yahn was born in Hillburn, NY.
Jeannette Louise Friessen was born in Liege, Belgium.

They were married Feb. 14, 1946 in Belgium.

Five children followed:
Martin Theodore Yahn (b. Jan 24, 1947/d. Dec 20, 2000)
Donald Gordon Yahn (b. May 17, 1949)
Louise Cathrine Yahn (b. Jan 23, 1950)
Nancy Carol Yahn (b. Nov 19, 1952)
George Yahn (b. Feb 06, 1961)
