William Yarbrough was born on Septamber 19th, 1860 and mariied Anna Sellers. He had one brother John Yarbrough. Anna and William had seven children. He died on May 20th, 1938 at 77 years of age. Anna was born on October 22, 1872 and died Febuary 16th, 1960 at 87 year old.
First Child-
Lucy Glenn Yarbrough (Glennie)
She was born March 29th, 1892 in Alabama. She married W.M. Lewis. They had no children together. She died 1:35pm. Januaru 14th, 1925 at 32 year of age of Lobar Pneumonia, Chronic Peritonitis. Enteritis, Acute Myiocarditis, Contirbutory: Diarrehea. No one knows what became of her late husbad Lewis.
Second Child-
William Thomas Yarbrough JR
He was born May 26th, 1896 in Alabama. Moved to Georgia in 1902 with family. He married Emma Julia Kidd on Auguat 18th, 1921 and they had one daughter, Emily who was born June 2nd 1922. Emma Julia died Febuary 18,1971 at the age of 71. William died December 1st, 1977 at the age of 81. Emily in 1943, married Clyde Ehrhardt(a football player). They divorced in 1947, and he died in 1963 in South Carolina.They had one child together, Julia Joyce who was born on Febuary 5th, 1945. On October 29th, 1950 Emily married George Clark Beasley. They had four kids:
Emily Joy on June 12th, 1952, Goerge Clark JR on Febuary 7th, 1959 whom died at his birth, William Clark JR born October 15th, 1960, and Madison Monroe born on August 23rd, 1966.
Third Child-
James Warren
He was born on June 25th, 1899 in Alabama. He married Christa Virgina Powell(later sergrest. They had two children, Virgina born January 12th, 1918 and James Warren JR on May 11th 1920.(Buddy) Buddy died in April of 2000. Surviving are his two sons Michael(Mary) and Mark(Nancy), his widow Mary Stow and his four grandchildren Leah Kathrine, Craig Michael, Alexandrea Maire, and Martin Rhys. This is what his friends used to call him when he was a little boy. James then divorced Christa with coudisty of the chicldren and he later married Kathryn Bradly(Aunt Katie) born November 24th, 1914. They had four children: Charles Robert in 1935, Patricia Ann in 1937, Carol Jean in 1939, and Janis Marie in 1940. Warren died on Feburary 27th, 1983 and Charles died later in the 90's.
Forth Child-
Leon F. Yarbrough
He was born in 1902 in Goergia. He married Pauline Heath, who was born in 1904 and died July 27th, 1968 at 64. She has four brothers and five sisters. They had no children together. He died November 17th, 1963 at 61.
Fifth Child-
John Marvin Yarbrough
He was born June 10th 1906, in Atlanta Georgia. He married Lenice Mae Atchley on April 24th, 1926. Had four children:
Helen Frances- born prematurely December 12th, 1926 and died May 16th, 1927 at 5 months old.
Martha Bernice- January 14th, 1928.
Betty Ann- June 22nd, 1930.
John Marvine JR- April 17th, 1932, died on August 3rd, 1941 at age 9 of a heart attack in a pool.
Marvin died December 19th, 1965 at 59 of a self-inficted gunshot wound. Lenice is still living.
Sixth Child-
Anna Elizabeth Yarbrough
Born October 5th, 1909 in Georgia. Seh had down-sindrome, was mentally retarded and did not walk or talk until Marvins
daughter Martha began walking and talking. She called herself "Echibay", by others she was known as "Sis". She loved church and the song Jesus Loves Me. Seh died on June 19th, 1950 at age 45.
Seventh Child-
Paul Leroy Yarbrough
Born April 14th, 1911, in Georgia. He married Frances Evans and had two sons. Robert Leroy, born October 31st, 1935 and John Allen, born December 17th, 1937. Leroy divorced Frances and married Ruth Johnson on April 14th, 1952. She was born on January 21st 1920. They raised the two children born to Robert Leroy and Sabra Ann- Robert Allen and Donna Lee. Paul died June 29th(or 30th), 1984 at age age of 73. Ruth his widow is still living.
