Was given a scrap of paper 15 years ago with a few names on and was told that was our family tree. The paper was graph paper and the person who had started it had tried their best to find out some information. After 3 or 4 years of trying they had given up and said I should give it a go. Now I know a single page of graph paper is not much to go by but I was hooked. I have built that up to a book of nearly 1 cm thickness. Now trying to get it up loaded to computer and suddenly realising how much information I have collected and needs properly sorting, it's like starting again.
