He married Lillie Jane Hart b: Dec 31,1858 in Montgomery County, Missouri. She was the daughter of John Solomon See Hart b: 1822 in Beverly, Randolph County, Virginia, and Mary Ann Cundiff d: in Mongomery County, Missouri.
Lillie Jane died May 24,1950 in Antlers, Oklahoma. She is buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Antlers, Oklahoma.
