Allen Paul Parr was born to Aurestile Parr & Aglais Bergeron on Bayou Bleu, Terrebonne Parish, La. on Nov.19, 1891. His siblings were Emily, Lily, Gertrude, Octave, William & Robert. He married Lydia Louise Caillouet, born May 19, 1892, daughter of Emile Joseph Caillouet & Philomine Bergeron. Her siblings were: Jack, Therese Marie, Cecile, Prosper Joseph, Wallace David, Ernest Joseph, Lea Leonise, Charles E., Edgar Joseph, Sedonia Mary, & Joseph.
