My name is Melanie Michelle Lunsford York. I am a decendent from Samuel Thomas Stanaland who came to Texas from Alabama in the mid 1800's.

I started to research my family in the mid-1990's as a hobby. I have had wonderful response from our family and hope to provide others with information on our family.
