I am looking for relatives who emigrated to the U.S., Canada and Australia around 1900 to complete family trees for my grandchildren: particularly Anatolius Vilhelm Gustafsson b. Aptil 29, 1882 in Parainen, Finland, (married to Helen in U.S.? and had at least one child b. Aug. 25, 1919). Parent's of Vilhelm: Elias Vilhelm Gustafsson, b. Jan. 12, 1851 Parainen(Pargas in Swedish); d. May 7, 1919 (Parainen) + Hilda Vilhelmina Sjogren b. March 3,1885, Kemio, Finland; d. April 2, 1937 (Parainen?)
Excellent records Have been compiled for most of the Scandinavian families, some dating back to the 1500's, however a big gap lies in my paternal grandfather's data (Carl Olof Frans Johansson b. July 27, 1883, Gerum, Gotland, Sweden d. Nov. 13, l958, Klinte, Gotland). My paternal grandmother's (Elin Anna Karolina Eneqvist b. Sept. 21, 1883 Masterby, Gotland d. Jan.21, 1975, Klinte, Gotland) Molner Family from Vate(the Eneqvist-Enekvist Branch) publish a family book and hold family reunions every 5 yrs. on the beautiful, historic island of Gotland, in the Baltic Sea.
