Tidbit - I was born to Hilario (Butch) Zendejas Jr. and Trudy Jo Elkins in 1981. I have a brother Sergio Hilario Zendejas who was also born to these two 1977. Eli Zendejas (my grandfather) was born to Tomasa and ___?___ Delgado. Tomasa later married Joe Zendejas and Eli took his last name. Adrian Espinosa and Eli Zendejas were born in Mexico. My ethnicity is made up of mexican, irish, scottish, and american indian - so I am told.
My grandma Pauline just told me the other day that when my great grandmother was bringing my grandfather Eli over to the states, she was riding in the back of her father's truck holding Eli. She fell asleep and Eli fell out of her arms and out of the truck onto the road!
I am a photographer and I am married to my wonderful husband, Adam Christopher O'Kane May 22, 2004.
