My roots go back to Abraham Miller He was born in Randolph Co WV in 1805 He married Jane unknown and they were living in Rockbridge Co Va until sometime in the early 1840's Their last child was born in 1841 Afer that they were living in Barbour Co Va now WV I have census records from the time they were in Rockbridge Co Va in 1840 but none from 1805 until 1840 After they moved from Barbour Co WV they were in Gilmer Co WV, In the 1860 census It listed where each member of family was born. It listed Abraham and Jane in Randolph Co and their children in Rockbridge Co Va My Great Grandfather John Miller was living with them in Barbour Co, but after He was married to Barbara Barrickman in Barbour Co He was in Randolph Co for awhile and then in Upshur co where her parents had moved to Barbara was the daughter of Henry and Catherine Scott Barrickman In 1853 another son Edward Miller married Rachael Barrickman She was also a daughter of Henry and Catherine Barrickman I would like to find what happened to the family Abraham and Jane were in Gilmer in 1880 as was the rest of Family Edward and Rachael were living in Cedarsville Gilmer Co in 1900 I cannot find any
thing about their deaths The only members of the family that I know died in Gilmer Co Was George W Miller and Henry H Miller
My Great Grandfather John Miller died in Upshur Co in 1908 and is buried in the Bailey Ridge Cemetary not far from Buckhannon WV I am still searching for the rest of the family
