Bruce David Zimmerman married Patricia Louise Horn on the 28th of September, 1963. This was the beginning of the Zimmerman - Horn Family.
We have two children, Mary Louise Zimmerman, born December 14, 1966 and Bruce David Zimmerman Jr., Born June 5, 1969. Bruce Jr., married Patricia Lynn Montgomery on June 10, 1995. She had a son named Austin Tyler Montgomery, born June 4, 1993. They had another son between them named Wyatt Maxwell Zimmerman, born November 1, 2000, in Tucson Arizona. This is our immediate family.
In doing family research, the Zimmerman family is limited on the father's side since both set of great grandparents came from Europe; some lines from Germany and one line from Switzerland. With no knowledge of where in Germany or Switzerland they came from it is almost impossible to track them. Some names besides Zimmerman are: Warford, Honnaker, Koellmann, Graf, and Howell.
While little information can be frustrating, too much information can be overwhelming. The Horn family is extensive in numbers in all lines. Some names being sought are: Lucas, Wilkerson, Miller, Dobson, Sublett, Crume, Wimsett, Brammer, Davenport, Shacklett, Buckler, Monarch, Vaughn, Comer, Stith, and Talbot.
I have a lot of information that takes me back to England, Scotland, Ireland, and even France. I have no information in those countries. These lines have been in the US as early as the 1600's and those records are hard to find.
I hope to connect with others who may be able to add to the lines I am looking for or help me find information on my own.
