| I am researching my Great Grandfather Ianazio Zuchegna family tree. He married Colmba Pallotto and lived in Montenero Val Cocchiara, Italy. My grandfather "Oriente Zuchegna" sailed from Italy and arrived in Ellis Island on June 1, 1912 to visit his brother Domenico and his Sister Palma in Lorain, OH. Palma was married to John Caserta according to the 1930 Cenus. He later moved to New York City and married Alta Sanderson of Whately, MA around 1929. They moved to Winsted, CT after the Depression. Trying to find links to several surnames including: Lombardi, Buzzelli, Meco, Clay, Sharp, Caserta, Balertra, Mazzocco, Florio, D'Angelo, Shapiro and Sansonetti. |
