The Adams-Overton Connection, Mammagrandma's Clan

About Our Family Research

I decided to construct my family tree as a result of a centennial held in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, which contained an article about a paternal ancestor who was the oldest anyone could recall. Then too, my grandmother was adopted and because nobody in the family knew her original name I decided I would be the one to do it. As children we called my paternal grandmother Mama Louise because my mother called her Mama and her name was Louise. We knew our other grandmother's name was Mary, but Mom called her Mamma, so we began to call her Mamagrandma. She died when I was 13 and we still aren't sure what her name was, but by the time I finish, we will.
