Archie Bass, 80, Beetown, died Friday, August 21, 1970, in a Lancaster Hospital after a long illness. He farmed in the Beetown area all his life.
He is survived by his wife, Birdie; a sister, Mrs. John Wold, Fort Dodge, Iowa, and a brother, Harvey, Lancaster.
The funeral service was held at 2pm Monday in the Harris-Wepking Funeral Home. Rev Alvin Moore officiated with burial in Hillside Cemetery.
