Notes for Oliver N Withington: Oliver was born in Pennsylvania October 1855. In his brother Albert's obituary it is noted that the family moved to Millville when Albert was 7 years old. That would have meant that Oliver was two years old; however, the 1860 census states that Oliver was actually born in Wisconsin, not Pennsylvania. So the family must have moved to Wisconsin sometime between 1853 (when Theresa was born) and October 1855 (when Oliver was born).
