From Billy Stamper:
Lessa- Have you seen the following?
John Richardson b Eng. came to Del. 1682. Died 1710. Married Elizabeth--.
John Richardson-1679-1755 Married Ann Ashton
Richard Richardson 1720-1797 married SarahTatnall
Joseph Richardson 1767-1833 married Ann Spackman
I do not know if these people stayed in Deleware. The names and the time
frame could be right for Jonothan's family. I will try to dig this out. Have
not checked against my D/b yet.
Also have you seen the Okla. Terr. "pre rush' land records?
Lastly- I was reading the Cherokee history and see that Amos Richardson
had 76 acres in Ga and of course that was taken from him and he was paid
a piddling amount for it and forced to emigrate west of the Mississippi River to the new Cherokee Nation.
Best wishes
Bill Stamper

Lessa, after checking other sources--especially familysearch.org--it is
evident that Amos(1617), Stephen(1652) and Jonathan(1674) which I had put
before Jonathan Richardson (abt1721,Prince William, VA)----are not related to
him as indicated. The info presented in familytreemaker.com by Alicia Fern
Wilson is not correct. The Jonathan she cites as b1674, d1779 does not exist--he died 1700 and his son Jonathan b1697 died 1773 but in CT--so there is no connection to the Jonathan (b abt1721) who married Elizabeth Taylor (1741) and Anne Massey
(1759).
