Notes for Laurence Moore: Lawrence attended Hendrix Methodist College in Conway, Ar and was ordained a minister. Lawrence was not quite 30 years when he died. He was suffering from an aneurysm while living in Conway, Ar and doctors did not know how to treat it. His wife was left with 3 children and wanted to see if she could get along by herself. She immediately went into sewing and worked long hours. Elizabeth remembers that she would start at night when the children went to bed and have a dress ready forher or Lulu in the morning. After his death, the name of thier son, John Carmel, was changed by his wife Carmel, to John Lawrence. He managed a gas company in Ft. Worth, Tx and the date of his his death was was 1960.
