We are researching the Pollards who, as far back as we have gotten, started in Virginia and then went to North Carolina.

We have only managed to make it back to Franklin Pollard who was born on July 14, 1833 and died November 6, 1920. We just cannot find any information on his father who we believe was named John Pollard, there are quite a few John Pollards in Virginia in the 1800s.
