Introduction
This book contains the three major lines that come together to form the Barshefsky family. They start some generations ago with Sender Barshefsky, Mordechai Rosen and Schmuel Mednick. For each of these lines, the book contains:
Descendent Outline - A shorthand list showing the relationships starting with the principle.
Register Report - Geneological details on every person in the outline.
Descendent Tree - Graphical view of the relationships. (The display method is a bit tricky. Do click on the instruction link as provided after you select one of the Trees.)
Kinship Report - Shows the relationship of each person in a line to the principle.
(Note that since the same people can appear on multiple trees, their information will be repeated in each line.)
The Index at the end let's you find people wherever they appear in the book. Each reference is hyperlinked from the index back to the body of the report sections. Just use the "Back" button on your browser to return to the Index. Note that a name can appear several times within a few lines in a report. Each of those appearances will show up as a separate link in the Index. Also, the first page of the Index shows ranges of names. Just select the range that includes the person you're looking for and you'll get that portion of the Index.
