Notes for SARAH AGNES WHELAN:
Sarah Agnes is buried in the Rebecca street cemetery in Pretoria. My father, Peter Wronsley is buried next to her. That was always his wish.

Notes for TERESA COOKE:
I went to the cemetery and took photos. The information about her burial was obtained from the records kept at the cemetery offices. The address given is 255 Luttig street, Pretoria. Rogers was given as the undertakers. Cemetery receipt number 7739. Also, no Minister/Priest presided at the funeral. "Presided over -" was given as "Father".

More About TERESA COOKE:
Burial: 29 Oct 1934, Died in infancy. Rebecca street cemetary, Pretoria. Plot no. RC 1123
Cause of Death: "Presentation Ateletaris".
Medical Information: I went to the cemetary and took photos of her grave stone. It is very weathered but the inscription can still be read. "In memory of our darling daughter Teresa Cooke. 28-10-1934." See notes.

4. HELLEN TERESA³ COOKE (JAMES², JOHN¹ COOK) was born 26 Oct 1873 in Ipswich, England., and died 05 Jun 1905. She married JOHN ARTHUR MENZIES, son of WILLIAM MENZIES and HELEN MUNRO. He was born 1864, and died 05 Sep 1939.

Notes for HELLEN TERESA COOKE:
Ellen was admitted into Nazareth house in Cape Town, SA in November 1880 some time after her father James died (1871) and was discharged on 18 August 1884.

Ellen passed away quite young leaving her husband to take care of the children. From what I can deduce and from what family members recount, "old Menzies" was unable to take care of the children, sending them to them Nazareth house in Cape Town - Hector in 1905 and Nelly in 1908. There is more to tell about Nelly but I have yet to get that info.

Mabel was admitted into Nazareth house in Cape Town, SA in November 1880 some time after her father James died (1871) and was discharged on 4 June 1884.
