MOORE WEBB July 31, 1959 in Norfolk, VA. He married (3) ANGELA PEREZ LOPEZ October 19, 1967 in Tijuana, Baja California, daughter of PORFIRIO PEREZ and MA. LOPEZ. She was born September 16, 1937 in El Grullo, Jal. Mexico.

Information from Myrie Virginia Harris

Myrie states that Milton's mother told her that she had a son and named him Milton who died a year before Milton Alford Harris was born. When Milton Alford was born she named him Wilton Alford and was upset that the birth certificate came back Milton but did nothing about it. That is the reason that Milton and Myrie's son was named Wilton Alford Harris, Jr.
