He waschosen October 11, 1743, ensign of the North military company, fromwhich office he retired May 4, 1747, having arrived at the age offifty years and upwards. He was selectman two years, representative,six session, and died about 1760, about 64 years old.

Jerusha married third Ensign David Noble, son of John and Mary Noble.David had married first Lydia, daughter of Joseph Forward of Danbury,Conn., June 15, 1720. Lydia died about a year afterwards.

David married second Susannah Sherman, June 1, 1722, daughter ofHonorable John Sherman of Woodbury, Conn. Susannah died April 2, 1750in her 57th year.

David married Jerusha, as his third wife (he was her third husband.)No children by this third marriage.
