I believe that the Ralph and Peter who appear in South Carolina are the
children of Elizabeth although I can not prove this. Abstracts of the court
records you referenced follow:

Edgecombe County, North Carolina Court Minutes 1763-1774, Book II
July 1764 "Ordred that William OQUIN Constable cause to come before the
Court Ralph, May, Paul & Peter base begotton Children of Elizabeth BOAZMAN
that they may be bound according to Law.

Edgecombe County, North Carolina Court Minutes 1763-1774, Book II
April 1765-July1765 "Ordred that Ralph Boazman a Bastard Child of Elizabeth
Boazman aged sixteen years be bound to Aquila Sugg Esqr. according to Law to
learn the Art & Mystery of a Sailor." Note that the record named Charles
Ralph Boazman but that Charles was lined thru.

Edgecombe County, North Carolina Court Minutes 1763-1774, Book II
May 25, 1768 "Ordred that a Sumon Issue to Amos Cotton to summon Elizabeth
Boazman to appear at this Court tomorrow & bring with her Paul, Peter & John
Boazman her children....to shew cause if any they have why the sd. Children
shou'd not be bound according to Law."
