Over the last few years I have managed to gather information on over 2,800 individuals, with a lot of help from friends, relatives and even strangers.
Genealogy is a time consuming hobby, pastime or obsession - hopefully it will remain a pastime with me.
It is also a self satisfying experience - especially when unearthing information that was thought to be long buried and forgotten.
