FAMILY HISTORY
Today some of our family are far travelled, some as far as South America and the USA, most though live here in the UK. We have family living in the South of England, West and South West of Scotland and also East of here in Fife with the remainder in the Alloa and Stirling areas.
I've been able to track our ancestors as far back as 1676 living in Wemyss, Fife where they resided until about 1780 before moving to Rumbling Well, Dunfermline, Fife. They stayed there until my Great Grandfather, Jasper Erskine Burt, married Jane Anderson in 1885 and moved to Kincardine, Fife which is where my Grandfather, William Anderson Burt was born in 1893. He married my Grandmother, Georgina Clark in Clackmannan, Clackmannanshire in 1918 and lived there until 1925 when they moved to Alloa, Clackmannanshire.
