John J. Cahill married Anna McNulty, daughter of James & Catherine (Foley) McNulty of New Haven, CT; addtl chld Mary & John P. McNulty. John J. & Anna had John J. Cahill, Jr. & Anna & Edna Cahill.

John Jr. married Irene Mary O'Brien, daughter of William Jerome & Nettie Belle (Rossing) O'Brien of Hartford; addtl chld Jeanette, Madeline & William J. O'Brien, Jr.

William Jerome was the son of William James & Mary (Sullivan) O'Brien; also had Mary [Mae][Stevens]. Nettie Belle was a daughter of Charles L. Rossing & Mattie (Fox); addtl chldrn Caroline [Kottenhoff], C. William, Robert F. & Gustave Rossing.

Charles came to the U.S. as Karl Ludvig Larsson Rossing from Karlstad, Värmland, Sweden in 1887; a son of Lars Gustaf Larsson & Carolina Olsdotter; addtl chld Bror, settled Jamestown, NY, & Anna [Strom]. Mattie Fox was the daughter of Homer Fox & Geramia (Wolfe) of Suffield, CT; also had Charles.

John [Jack]& Irene had John, III & William Brian (my husband), & Patricia Anne [Patriss].

William married Kathleen L. Tillman, daughter of Arnold E. & Doris (Gosselin) Tillman, of New Britain/Berlin, CT; addtl chld Karen D.[Montana], Arnold M. & Laura R.[Letendre, Michaud]. We (William & Kathleen) have 2 sons, W. Brian Cahill, Jr., married (1) Catherine Ann (Wise), one daughter, Freya Ann Cahill; (2) Carol Linda (Kraus), one son, William Brian Cahill, III; & John [Jack]Cahill, married Effie Maria (Tomasio).

Arnold is a son of John [Johan] Adolf (Oscarsson) & Viktoria (Nilsdotter) Tillman, who emigrated from Västergötland & Halland, Sweden, settled New Britain; also had Elsa [Bullock] & George E. Tillman. John [Johan] was the son of Oskar Johansson & Amanda Salomonsdotter; addtl chld Axelia, Jenny, Emilia & Levina [Eklund]. Viktoria was a daughter of Nils Svensson & Anna Josefina Beata Andersdotter Mollenberg; addtl chld Selma [Peterson], Maria [Bostrom], Per, Henry & Agard Nelson.

Doris was a daughter of Corad D. & Corine [Karin](Ringquist) Gosselin of New Britain; addtl chldrn Shirley [Willametz], Betty [Von Hone, Keehner] & Arlene [Gregoire, Campanelli]. Corad had 2 sons from 1st marriage to Esther (Olson), Corad David & Henry Alphonse Gosselin. Emma Helen LeBlanc/White was a daughter of David & Delia (Young)White who married in Millbury, MA & also had Philomena [Chagnon] & David Nelson White. David was a son of Peter [Pierre LeBlanc]& Victoire (Thibeau) White, both born in Canada, lived 1840s-1880s in Millbury, MA, also had Nelson, Oliver, Peter, Franklin, Edward, Zebedee, James, Fred, William & daughter Salines.

Corine [Karin] was a daughter of Samuel [Salomon] & Matilda [Tilda](Abrahamsdotter) Ringquist, who emigrated from Smaland,(Jönköpings)Sweden, settled New Britain/Newington, CT; also had Hannah Josefina [Miller] & [Sally] Marie [Schneider]. Samuel [Salomon] Victor Augustsson Ringquist was a son of August Magnusson Ringquist & Kattarina Johansdotter; also had John Amandus Ringquist who emigrated to U.S., married Hulda Emelia (Olson), settled Newington, CT. Matilda was a daughter of Abraham Larsson & Johanna Lorentzdotter, who also had Lovisa, Anna & Emma.
