From The Beginning - A look into our past and our future

This is the ongoing genealogical work of the Case and Allied Families of Western North Carolina. I have used many types for sources for the information that you will find here. I must let you know, that a good deal of this information was taken from several different Internet sources, some of them I trusted, others I have simply taken the information as a hint, or a starting point by which to continue my research. If you find errors, and I am sure that some of you will, please email me with your documented corrections, so that all of us researching these families may share in the new found correct information. Happy Hunting, Wanda E. Case

The ancestry report uses 'Ahnentafel' numbering. This means that the numbers for a person's parents will be twice as large as that person's number. For example, if a woman's number is 15, her father will be number 30, and her mother will be 31. Her child will be number 7.
