Interpretation from a 2d echo cardiogram done on 4 August 1995 at Mercy Hospital
Medical Center in Des Moines, Polk, Iowa: The findings are consist ant with
picture of tetra logy of fallow with mild pulmonary annular hypoplasia, mild
pulmonic valve stenosis, mild hypoplasia of main pulmonary artery and branches
as well as the presence of mid cavity right ventricular muscular obstruction
and mild aortic insufficiency. There is also an atrial septal defect with
left to right shunt noted. There is patent ductus arteriosis with continuous
flow into the pulmonary artery.
They will try to hold off on surgery to correct the defect until she reaches
1 year old.
Surgery was December 1996
