th district, 2nd section; also 65 acres of lot  in the 12th district, 2nd section; also 25 acres of lot  in the 12th district, 2nd section. All of said land in Pickens County and known as the Thompson Home Place. Also 1 cow & calf, 1 horse & buggy, 5 hogs, all household furnishings and enough crops for 1 years support. At the death of wife, land to be sold and divided between lawful heirs.
