Located in Riverview Cemetery,Edgett's Landing, Albert County,NB --Grave of William Sears, s/o Joseph & Hester(Wheaton)Sears; and husband of Elizabeth Babcock,d/o Amos & Dorcas (Bennett) Babcock--**NOW OUR ROOTS ARE REALLY TANGLED** I am descended from Amos Babcock's son,Caleb and also from Joseph Sears' son,Daniel. ++ William Sears,Baptist Minister,died Feb 25th 1857 aged 62 years...I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the Faith.++ Elizabeth,his wife,died in Saint John,NB in 1849. She is also buried in this cemetery, but there is no tombstone.
