I have always wondered what could have been so bad that he didn't want to talk about or see or find out anything about his family..........why would he change his name ? ......He was very inconsistent with the way he stated his age on his marriage license and on the birth certificates for my Dad and my Aunt............I remember that my grandfather was a difficult man to deal with and he and dad didn't get along at all."
Keith further says "He worked in a munitions plant in Wisconsin during World War I, and after the war moved to Tulsa, Ok., then to Ft. Worth, Tx., then to Los Angeles, and finally to Bremerton, Washington where he lived until he died in 1954. He and my aunt were both born in Minneapolis.
