1. Henry was arrested on the evening of his wedding because he was unable to keep control of his horse drawn carriage.
2. Henry was the first to own an automobile in Mt. Adams.
3. Although Henry was not a big drinker of alcohol, during prohibition he purchased a still and kept it in the side yard between his house and his neighbors house.
4. When automobiles first came out and before Henry could afford to buy one, he built garages behind, and down the hill from his house and rented them.
5. Henry shut down his business as a broom manufacturer with his brother Bernard when another company owned by blind people opened a broom company. He said he didn't want to compete with the blind.
