James Warbrook(e) was born probably between 1820 and 1830 possibly in or around the village of Beauparc which is about ten miles west of the town of Drogheda, Co. Meath. As an adult he was a gardener on the local estate of Lord Lambert. While there he married a girl who worked in the estate laundry and they lived in an estate house, one of a terrace of six opposite an estate entrance gate. These houses are still occupied but it is not known in which they lived.. It is known when he died nor is any documentary proof available. As an adult he lived in Dublin, Married and is said to have had several children. The names of two sons who were killed in the 1914-18 war are on a W ar Memorial in St. Lukes church in Dublin which is now closed. He may have been married twice.
