He married JULIA MCKENNEY OR MCKINNEY^236,^237,^238,^239,²⁴⁰ 1 March 1866 in Paynestown Church, Co. Meath ref. Navan 2 965 ^241,^242,^243,^244,²⁴⁵. She was born WFT Est. 1827-1854 ²⁴⁶, and died WFT Est. 1882-1942²⁴⁶.

Family tradition about the origin of the Warbrooks was that after the Battle of the Boyne in Co. Meath a badly wounded soldier was found in a brook. He was rescued and given employment by the Earl of Cavan, at Beau Park, his estate and given the name Warbrook.

There is a village in Lancashire called Warbrick and this is a surname too. It is felt that this is a more likely origin

George llived in Dublin working in some way with horses and he died in the early nineties from a kick from a fallen horse to which he had gone to help. Lived in the Harold's Cross Bridge area in several different houses, one of which is in the local Darley Street.
