Unknown Elam? Layer? Altmayer? Ohmer? Almayer? NKy

This was in a cousin's photos and found by a family member after she passed away. I am hoping someone can identify them and hoping they are our Laljer/Layers as we have no photos of my greatgrandparents. It was taken in early 1900s-1930? possibly in the Cincinnati, Ohio or Kenton county, Ky area. If you know them- let us know.
