Ebenezer Moon III (son of Ebenezer Moon Jr. and Elizabeth ??) was born August 31, 1708 in North Kingstown, RI, and died 1778 in Exeter RI. He married Elizabeth Deake on June 12, 1735 in North Kingstown, RI, daughter of Richard Deake and Mary Lewis.

Ebenezer's death occurred in or about 1734 at North Kingstown. following his death, Ebenezer farm property was divided among those sons that had reached age. Presumable, Ebenezer was buried on his farm and is the first burial in the James Cemetery known as Exeter Historical Cemetery No. 102. info given to me by Doris Moon.

The names of his children were mentioned in his will dated 1772, in Exeter, RI. No record of their births have been found. (The Descendants of Robert Moone of Boston and Newport, Vol. l pg. 127)
