Notes for CHARLIE ARTHUR PULVER: Uncle Charlie was an Eagle Scout; Served in the "Civil Conservation Corps"; Joined the Army back before WWII, and later went into the Army Airforce, hence Airforce. He was a bombardier on the B-17 super fortress during the war, stationed in England. He retired from the Airforce after about 22 years. He was stationed all over the Globe during his Airforce career. Uncle Charlie was like a brother to me, being my first "fishing partner" and Boy Scout instructor. Richard de Kam. He and Mavis were living in Spain when he became ill, and was sent back to Walter Reed Army Hospital where he later died. |

Notes for MAVIS STOCKMAN: Mavis wa a War Bride, except after the War. |
