Notes for HAYDEN MARSHALL FOWLER:
Born at 11:41 PM Wednesday, March 14, 2001; 5lbs, 14oz at birth. He was 18" long. In April, 2001 the cardiologist found a hole in his heart. This is causing a backflow of blood that is spilling into his lungs. Must be repaired no later than 6 months old. Lungs were still clear on April 28, 2001, but heart and liver is slightly enlarged which indicates that because of the heart not functioning properly the liver is working too hard to take up some of the backflow of fluid. Surgery is set for Tuesday, May 8, 2001. He was out of I.C.U. on May 14, 2001 and brought to his own room. He was Home on May 16, 2001. On Monday they removed the last chest tubes, all the IV lines were out and all the meds were being given orally.
