68) Ruth DILLIN (DILLON) (1839-1926)

Ruth was the eighth child and next to the youngest of the children born to Israel Dillin and Mary Jane Hall Dillin. Little is known of her life with the exception of information taken from the Talmage Owen Dillon manuscript, which lists her spouse as N. P. B. Vineyard. Ruth was married abt 1860 in Marengo, Iowa Co., Iowa. She eventually was the mother of the following children; Hubert, Agnes (Aggie), Amelia V. (Millie), lived in San Diego in 1947, Zuelah (Zula) and Julia. Further research in Marengo history and references may turn up additional information.
