The known details of Hamilton Dillon's life are posted elsewhere at this site. On this very weathered limestone grave marker is a closeup of the inscription on his Clarington, Ohio, gravestone. Some effort has produced the likely surname as DILLON. This lot is known to have been sold to "P. Dillon", is described as Section 1, lot 1, most likely the first lot sold in this cemetery.
