Sir Malcolm married before April 2, Eupheme, daughter of James, Lord Livingston. He died probably about 1477 and certainly before October 24, 1480. Sir Malcolm Fleming was the son of Robert Fleming and Janet Douglas. (The Scots Peerage, Edited by Sir James Balfour Paul, Vol 8, pp523-34)
