After taking a look at the 1880 Census, it appears that Mary is the only child that Andrew and Mary had together.
The other children can be explained by looking at James Dillard's information. (I think)

Judith L (or Le) Gilbert is listed as being 21 yrs of age, single, and parents are "Father Unknown" and mother is Ann Matilda J. Gilbert. Judith's place of birth is also listed as Amherst, VA.

Place of residence is listed as Amherst, VA.

Witness to the license is Jms. J. Floyd.

August 2006: New info: The Following came out of a book titled Nelson Co., Va. Heritage 1807 to 2000.
Benjamin Franklin Floyd born 4 May 1856 and died
after 1920, married twice. 1st marriage was Juda
Gilbert born 1857 on March 22, 1873. The children
were:
1 Elly Hugh Floyd born 1873 and died 1952
2 James Marion Floyd born 9 May 1876 and died 26 June1969
3 Robert Floyd born 1878 and died 1965.
4 Annie Floyd born 1884 and died 1949.
5 Benjamine Frank Floyd born 18 Aug 1889

All are buried in Greenhill cemetery in Buena Vista
except Elly, who is buried in the Holiness Cemetery in
Lexington. Benjamin married again to Lucy Southers born 1868 on
24 Nov 1892 in Amherst Co. Lucy was the daughter of
Robert and Emily Hamilton Southers. Their children
were:
1 Eva Floyd born 3 Dec 1894 and died on 27 Dec 1983
2 Charles Morris Floyd born 1898 and died in a train
wreck on 19 Aug 1924.
3 Norman Riley Floyd born 1 April 1904 and died 24
July 1986.
