Notes for Francis Frankie Lorene Stevens:
EASTMAN -- Services for Francis "Frankie" Lorene Bray Montgomery, 76, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, at Eastman Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. David Colaw assisted by the Rev. Sam Farris. Interment will be at Eastman Cemetery under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home.

Born on June 13, 1928, in Marlow, Okla., to Joe Artie and Francis Fannie Campbell Stevens, she died on Monday, Jan. 17, 2005, at her residence in the Eastman community.

A graduate of Rexroat High School, she married Joe Cameron Bray and made her home in Healdton, Okla. from 1947 until 1979. Mr. Bray died Feb. 13, 1978.

She and Harold Calvin Montgomery were married on April 20, 1979, at Lake Murry Chapel in Ardmore. She was an artist and rancher who enjoyed hunting and fishing. She was a member of Eastman Baptist Church.

She loved her farm and her family. She had lived in Love County since 1979.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carl Stevens, in August of 2004.

Survivors include her husband, Calvin, of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Joel Cameron and Glenna Bray, Healdton, Daniel Craig and Danell Bray, Wilson, Jerry and Susan Montgomery, Overbrook, and David Montgomery, Greenville; a daughter and son-in-law, Charlene Gayle (Bray) and Gary Brown, Enid; a brother, Pierce Stevens, Meridian; four sisters and brother-in-law, Bessie Carroll, California, Faye Reeder, Pampa, Texas, Edna and David Thompson, New Mexico, and Artie Pulis, Temple; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Bearers will be Harold White, Joe Bell, Champ Poteet, Dewayne Stevens, Jim Reeder and Bill Dvorak. Grandchildren will serve as honorary bearers.

Memorials can be made to Cross Timbers Hospice, 207 C St. NW, Ardmore, OK 73401.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30 tonight at the funeral home.

HEALDTON -- Funeral services for Royce Stanley Williams Sr., 72, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shell Street Church of Christ with Chris Ragle officiating. Interment will be at Hewitt Cemetery in Wilson. Born Sept. 13, 1931, to Walter Howard and Viola Ellen Walker Williams in Post Oak, OK. He died Aug. 21, 2004, in Healdton, OK.

He married Loretta Fern Scribner on Sept. 13, 1951, in Gainesville, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his great-granddaughter, Haley Jo Solet, daughter of Jenny Fosbury Solet and Shawn Michael Solet.

Mr. Williams spent his entire life in the Fox area where he graduated high school in 1950. He was employed by Rocket Oil Co. for 46 years, retiring in Dec. of 1996. After he retirement, he was an independent oil producer and a contract pumper for Jimmy Chatham Dozer Service.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; two daughters, Diane Turner, Healdton, and Regonna Fosbury, Ratliff City; two sons, Royce S. Williams Jr, Healdton, and Roger D. Williams, Velma; four brothers, Durward and Howard Williams, Pampa, Texas, Doug Williams, Amarillo, Texas, and Ralph Williams, Houston; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Bearers will be grandsons, Chris, Bobby, Scott and Kyle Williams, Dusty Bray and Chris Fletcher. Honorary Bearers will be Shawn Solet, Kenneth, Darrell and Dale Tivis, Bill Simpson, Curtis Turner, Bill Kilcrease and Randy Milson.

Services are under the direction of Alexander-Roberts Funeral Home, Wilson.
Burial will be at the Hewitt Cemetery, 2 miles W of Wilson, Carter Co, OK.
