Text of original deed for land purchased by Michael Fritz
My note: this appears to have been one very large piece of paper or skin, folded several times, and written on in various directions, after being folded. Therefore, it is difficult to tell when various writings came first.
More modern printing on one corner says: Martinsburg 514 and below that: Michael Fritz. In small, apparently original script: Clement Davis.
