Notes for C
HARLES WASHBURN WAHLQUIST:
William HV writings say Nelson married Ruth when Charles Washburn was 6 weeks old. We have that marriage date, so Charles was born in August 1873???????? We aren't going to use that because it doesn't seem like long enough to get over a death and find another wife.

In 1910 shown on a Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, census as a Collector/Solicitor for an Insurance Company, age 38. Wife, Monte, age 22.

In 1913 was a resident in Binghamton, Tennessee.

In 1928 story in Mammoth Spring Democrat, he was visiting from Houston, TX, where he was in the real estate business (according to Wm. HV).

In 1930 listed on census in Houston, TX.

In 1943 "Wahlquist News" from Woody, he was 71 and living in Houston, TX.

In 1951 obit, resided in Nacogdoches, TX. age 79.
