3. CHRISTIAN² MILLER (CHRISTIAN¹) was born January 12, 1771 in Louden County, Virginia, and died September 9, 1842 in Sangamon County, Illinois. He married SARAH NEER January 7, 1809, daughter of CONRAD NEER.

Notes for CHRISTIAN MILLER:
Christian and his family left Louden County, VirginiaSeptember 4, 1833 by wagon to Champaign County, Ohio. There he stopped and with his brother Valentine and his son David, set out on horseback for Illinois via Indiana. He returned to Ohio and bought a farm in Miami County. He and his family moved into their new home on the morning of the great meteoric shower of November 13, 1833.
